And I’m still not sure if I understood this task correctly 🙂
Hi Alex, The task here is perhaps described as a special form of meditation. The idea is to set a challenge that you want to achieve. Then eliminate any mental ideas you have around it, such as how you can achieve it, how it will finally turn out. etc. You are setting the direction and advising consciousness what your mission is. Dropping all activity and expectation around the mission allows your genius to work uninterrupted. The appropriate solution will either arise, or your will be alerted to a question that needs answering first. Some people call this “stream of consciousness”, and there are certainly similarities.
